After entering your name, contact information, requested delivery date, and project details, simply drag and drop your part files into the portal. (We prefer to work with SolidCAD and PDF files when possible but accept most file formats.)
2. You receive an instant confirmation of your quote request
You won’t have to wait hours to find out if your request was received—we’ll reply instantly to let you know we’re already working on your quote.
3. We receive an automated analysis of your order
Within seconds, our system will assess your part and send pricing information to our team. You’ll never have to wait for a team member to open your email and begin compiling your quote—the process is initiated as soon as you submit your request.
4. We determine if more information is needed
Our team always cross-checks any information we receive from automated systems. Although our quoting software can generate up-to-date pricing for materials, hardware, and labor, it cannot provide contextual details on your part’s intended use. This context is not only critical for accurate quoting but also helps us achieve the best precision machining results.
5. You’ll hear from us in 2-4 hours
For a single-part order, we’ll provide a quote or a request for further details within a few hours. Multi-part orders may take slightly longer to process, but we’ll make every effort to get back to you within the same time window whenever possible.
