Most of your turned parts have needs for lightening-holes, face features, or crosssectional holes: This machine can do that in one setup.
High Precision with Y-Axis Capabilities: The Y-axis functionality allows us to perform off-center machining with incredible precision. This means we can tackle complex geometries and intricate features that were once considered challenging. Why go through the setup on a milling machine when the part that is already set up and indicated-in can have that feature accomplished without additional setup costs in a milling machine.
Enhanced Efficiency with Sub-Spindle Technology: The addition of a sub-spindle streamlines production by enabling simultaneous front and back machining. This not only speeds up cycle times but also enhances part quality by minimizing handling and repositioning. Almost all of the parts we do have the backside that needs machining. So instead of running 50 parts on one side only, then setting up the machine to separately cut the backside for those 50 pieces, this machine will grab the part, move it to the sub-spindle, and finish the complete part in one setup.
